UPDATE ON HAY: Due to issues with Hay Wire,
LLC the new hay dealer will be
Central Oregon Hay Supply. Available hay
will be 2015 1st crop Alfalfa, 2014 3rd crop
Orchard Grass or 2015 1st crop Orchard Grass.
Price per bale is $13.99 each. Payment can
be Cash, Check or Credit Card but the customer will need to call their
Credit Card number
into the office before delivery. Office number
Hours will be Friday and
Saturday, July 10 & 11 noon to 3pm and
Monday-Friday 8-11 am.
They are closed on Sunday so please plan ahead.
WINE & CHEESE Info:
The Wine & Cheese event will be held Friday,
July 17, at 3:00 or one hour after the
completion of the Saanen Senior Doe show,
whichever is later.
Tickets can be purchased with your entries or at
registration paper check-in.
Children 5 and under can attend without a ticket
but will not receive a glass.
Anyone over 5 will be required to have a ticket.
There will be fruit, vegies, meat, breads and
other items in addition to the
wine and cheese. Non-alcoholic beverages will be
available for those who prefer.
NOTICE: The ADGA Board of
Directors has passed a postal ballot to allow does of all
ages to be shown at the 2015 National Show on a stamped duplicate.
The ADGA Board of Directors has also passed a postal ballot to
charge the online fee for all National Show entries.

VERY IMPORTANT INFO: If you have
reserved horse stalls in either the horse barn or the
beef barn, you will not be allowed to pen outside of the pens in the
aisles by order of the
fire marshall and the facility. You can put panels across the doors
but that is all. This will be
enforced and there will be NO exceptions for any exhibitor. We
your cooperation and understanding!

COLORAMA SALE ~ VERY IMPORTANT:
Exhibitors planning on nominating animals for the 2015 Colorama
Sale will need to have their prospective consignments tested for
Brucellosis, TB and CAE prior to arrival at the show. There will be
no testing done on-site this year so please
take that into consideration before leaving home.
FIRST BEDDING INFO/VET CHECK:
When you arrive at the National Show this year you will be directed
to the Vet Check area. ALL animals will need to be vet checked and
this includes non-show animals. Remember if any animal on your
trailer is found to have a contagious disease including but not
limited to ringworm, soremouth, pinkeye or abscesses your entire
trailer will be refused and you will be asked to leave the vet check
area...CHECK YOUR ANIMALS BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Tattoos will be read at
vet check...you cannot tattoo any animal on National Show
grounds....CHECK YOUR TATTOOS before you leave. Health papers will
also be checked...make sure they are complete with all
identification info included. Remember state health rules can change
at any time...have your vet verify health paper requirements before
he issues them to you.
At check in you will
receive a red exhibitor entry card...this is a VERY IMPORTANT
CARD....do NOT lose it. This card will contain info on your pen
location, number of animals and other important info that will be
required for registration paper check in. The vet who clears your
animals for entry will sign off on this card. First bedding
information will also be included. You will receive one bale
of straw for every horse pen and one bale of straw for every two
smaller pens. You will need to bring your card to a central location
where you will receive your bedding. The volunteer
distributing your bedding will then initial your card. PLEASE plan
to pick up your bedding prior to registration paper check in as you
will need to turn in your card at that time. Once you have picked up
your bedding, you can take your card and registration papers to a
central check in location.
IMPORTANT: Exhibitors who plan to order
grain and/or bedding should contact the feed supplier soon to make sure your
orders are available. The feed supplier is Quarry Avenue Hay
and Feed and the person to ask for is Jeff. Phone number is

We do not have a complete list of prices at this time but he stated
that he carried most Purina and Elenbaas products. Shavings are
$6.50 a bag and straw will be $6.00 a bale.
Hay will be available on-site from 7 am to 11
am from Saturday, July 11 - Friday, July 17. Both
alfalfa and orchard grass will be available thru Hay Wire LLC.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING HEALTH
REQUIREMENTS: The State of Oregon requires a valid CVI (Health
Certificate) within 30 days of entry. No testing is required, but
the certificate must contain the Scrapie statement, “These animals
have no known exposure to Scrapie.” An entry permit number is
required. To obtain a permit number, as well as any regulatory

Welcome to the
2015 ADGA National Show website. The show will be held July
11-18, 2015, at the Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center in Redmond,
OR. We want to thank the members of the newly formed Northwest
National Show Association for stepping up and hosting this very
prestigious event. Join us for the 2015 ADGA National Show.

be a first trip to the beautiful Redmond, Oregon area and the first
ADGA National Show held at this facility. The Deschutes County Fair
and Expo Center is located on 132 beautiful acres. It is placed
strategically at the hub of the tri-county area (Deschutes,
Jefferson and Crook Counties) which is known as Central Oregon. It
is 15 minutes from Bend, the largest city and 5 minutes from the
